In this role, you will meet with homeowners who are actively looking to transform their spaces with new flooring solutions.

You will represent Floor Daddy as the face of our brand, delivering a personalized experience while guiding customers through design choices, financing options, and next-day installation opportunities.
Duties
- Conduct in-home consultations to help customers select flooring that fits their style, budget, and needs.
- Present financing options, including 48 months interest-free programs, to make projects accessible.
- Leverage company-provided qualified leads generated through digital marketing, media campaigns, and referrals (no cold calling).
- Deliver engaging presentations that showcase Floor Daddy’s guarantees, service, and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using basic CRM tools.
- Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to closing, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with installation teams to guarantee seamless service and satisfied homeowners.
- Represent Floor Daddy’s culture of growth, positivity, and customer-first service.
- Continuously develop sales skills through training and mentorship opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build instant rapport.
- Proven ability to work hard, stay motivated, and thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Prior experience in sales, design consulting, or home services is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable presenting in customers’ homes and handling a consultative sales process.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, CRM entry, and digital communications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation
- Commission-only role with earnings ranging from $90,000 to $225,000 annually based on performance.
