Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support store operations through stocking, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to store policies on phone etiquette and communication
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and retail sales transactions
- Supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently through engaging demos
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively (preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales volume
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and retail math calculations
- Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive experiences
