● Create and manage detailed client profiles while consistently delivering exceptional customer service, including identifying opportunities for repeat business with existing clients.
● Actively participate in company seminars and market channel activities to identify potential clients and expand proprietary channel resources.
● Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s services to provide professional immigration consulting (covering the U.S., Canada, Europe, and citizenship-by-investment programs) and guide clients through the document preparation process.
● Manage client information and provide timely follow-ups on immigration case progress, maintaining strong client relationships and proactively preventing complaints.
● Gain a deep understanding of client needs to enhance satisfaction, drive client referrals, and further expand client resources and networks.
● Proactively complete other duties and tasks assigned by the company or management.
Basic Requirements:
● Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the U.S. immigration, assisted reproduction, insurance, real estate, or education sectors.
● Passion for sales and consulting, with a willingness to continuously improve. Highly motivated by high income and performance-driven results.
● Goal-oriented, with a commitment to contributing to the company’s growth.
●Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is required.
