The Role
As a Beauty Advisor & Consultant, you will assist guests through relaxed, personalized consultations—guiding them toward shades and products that enhance their personal style. You will work alongside a supportive store manager who values your well-being, creative eye, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Low-Pressure, High-Touch Guest Care:
- Welcome clients into a serene boutique setting, offering tailored product guidance without aggressive sales scripts.
- Perform sanitary, comfortable shade matching, lip applications, and makeup touch-ups at the consultation station.
- Educate guests on vintage-inspired application methods, skincare benefits, and clean ingredients.
- Store Care & Product Maintenance:
- Keep product testers, brush bars, and display units sanitized, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with gentle daily restocking, shipment check-ins, and orderly display updates.
- Positive Team Participation:
- Ring transactions smoothly on our modern POS system and assist guests with genuine warmth.
- Support teammates cooperatively during all shifts to maintain a relaxed, harmonious store environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
