Your Job will be to run preset, confirmed warm sales appointments and close deals. We offer extensive training to get your skill set up to speed and a highly competitive compensation package with no commission cap. Our top rep currently brings in more than $25k per month.

The ideal candidate for this position will create and implement a sales strategy, have outstanding communication skills, be a fast learner, and can establish strong relationships.

Compensation:

100% Commission, highly competitive commission structure ($55,000 –$200,000+)

Time off for family and important life milestones – birthdays always off

All expenses paid trip to Cabo San Lucas for yourself and a guest for any rep who sells over $1.5million in a calendar year.

Requirements and considerations:

* Highly organized

*Self-Motivated and highly competitive

*Extensive knowledge of human psychology in relation to the sales process.

*Requires follow up and tracking leads and appointments within the company CRM

*Drivers License, working vehicle with insurance

*Strong sales closing skills

* basic computer skills

* At least 1 year of Sales experience, we will train the right person.

*Turf/Landscape experience is a plus but not needed.
