Accenture Life Sciences MedTech Commercial works to enable commercial success for clients by aligning evidence and economics to outcomes, modernizing launch and competitive strategies, reimagining digital customer models, and reinventing end-to-end marketing. Aligning commercial strategy with field execution

Designing learning, training, and capability-building programs

You Are:
A MedTech commercial strategy professional with experience in sales operations, commercial training/learning, or field enablement, able to work in fast-paced global environments and deliver both large transformations and targeted strategy engagements.
The Work:
Client Delivery & Leadership:
Lead global teams delivering sales operations and commercial enablement consulting programs
Own delivery across commercial model design, governance, learning/training, and technology deployment
Business Development:
Support proactive business development and identify commercial enablement opportunities
Thought Leadership:
Develop commercial enablement and training capability assets, POVs, and whitepapers quarterly
Client Relationship Ownership:
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
Bring MedTech expertise into commercial operations and enablement engagements
Practice Building:
Develop next-generation MedTech commercial practitioners
Support capability building and community development
Travel - candidate should be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years in MedTech/Life Sciences or consulting with a commercial focus
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales operations, training, or enablement
Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points if You Have:
Understanding of MedTech sales processes and GTM models
Experience supporting training and enablement initiatives
Exposure to omnichannel or AI-enabled sales enablement tools
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
