Own the strategy, execution, and market success of MatrixSpace deployment and integrated sensing solutions.
MatrixSpace develops AI-enabled radar and sensing systems that help people understand what's happening in the world around them. By combining advanced radar, edge computing, and AI, we deliver situational awareness in environments where traditional sensing solutions struggle.
We're looking for a strategic, customer-focused, and execution-oriented Product Manager to own and drive the success of our deployment solutions portfolio. You'll work backward from customer missions and operational challenges, combining MatrixSpace products and partner technologies into complete solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop deep understanding of customer missions, operational challenges, and market opportunities.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and priorities for deployment-focused solutions.
- Evaluate customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify differentiated solution opportunities.
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver solutions from concept through deployment and sustainment.
- Engage directly with customers through demonstrations, deployments, trade shows, and feedback sessions.
- Support go-to-market activities, including sales enablement, customerengagements, and solution positioning.
- Monitor adoption, customer outcomes, and business performance to inform future investments.
What We're Looking For
This position requires working directly or indirectly with the US Government in restricted environments. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and may be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance in the future.
- 5+ years of product management, product strategy,solutionsmanagement, or related experience.
- Experience leading complex technical products or solutions in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to translate customer, market, and technical inputs into clear product direction and priorities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective prioritization.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing competing demands.

- Understands how radar, infrared, passive RF, and other sensing technologies work together to solve Counter-UAS and security challenges.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and adapting to evolving customer needs.
- Passionate about defense, security, autonomy, sensing systems, or related mission-driven technologies.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Counter-UAS, air defense, surveillance, or integrated sensing systems.
- Familiarity with multi-modal sensing architectures involving radar, infrared, passive RF, or related technologies.
- Military, public safety, defense, or other operational field experience.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, security, or mobility markets.
- International market experience, particularly in Europe.
