Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing for AI-driven or conversational scenarios, as well as utilizing AI tools to streamline your own design workflow.
- Ability to manage engaging priorities across multiple engineering teams and time zones, effectively collaborating to align on expectations and project goals.
- Ability to analyze situations from a broader system level, with the potential and desire to lead complex product redesigns.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability of crafting compelling narratives rooted in user insights and data to explain design rationale and build consensus across various teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Translate complex workflows and system designs into elegant conceptual models.
- Participate in and drive design reviews.
- Work with a cross-functional team to strategize and build compelling user-centric goals, including organizing people and process for alignment.
- Pitch and present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent design.
