- Participate in PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.
- Provide detailed design specifications and support implementation throughout delivery.
- Review completed work to ensure experience quality and alignment with design intent.
- Lead UX activities supporting major transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging design practices, tools, and industry trends.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to drive continuous experience improvements.
- Identify opportunities to increase digital adoption, efficiency, and self-service capabilities.
- Help establish UX best practices across the RPS Digital organization.
What you have
- Experience designing enterprise or business-to-business digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and interaction designs.
- Proficiency with modern UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
