Role description
Role Need: Sr AI Engineer, Sr Data Scientist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and deriving actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will work on a variety of projects spanning machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and OpenAI implementation. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in SQL and Python, extensive experience in machine learning and deep learning techniques, and a solid understanding of NLP concepts. Experience with implementing solutions using OpenAI technologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using SQL and Python
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and optimize processes
- Build and train deep learning models for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, and recommendation systems
- Apply NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured text data and develop text-based predictive models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and algorithms to improve model performance and scalability
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI research
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects
Mandatory proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, querying, and analysis
Expertise in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods
Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
Solid understanding of NLP concepts and experience with libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers
Familiarity with OpenAI technologies and experience implementing solutions using OpenAI APIs and tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Benefits
Compensation range: $81,215.00 to $153,000.00 per year
