Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and data solutions that drive business value across the organization. This role combines expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Python-based services and APIs, and React-based user interfaces to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
This individual will also serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, identifying opportunities, defining requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping shape the roadmap for future enhancements and new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
- Build scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions.
- Database Development
- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries.
- Analyze and improve application performance through database optimization and tuning.
- Develop and maintain data models that support business and reporting requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.

- Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflow diagrams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
