What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues from the IT Support team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, identity, application. and cloud-related issues.
- Support identity and access management through Okta, Google Workspace, and related authentication technologies.
- Work closely with Engineering, Security, Networking, and IT Support teams to resolve cross-functional incidents.
- Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and improve operational workflows.
- Document and Operationalize repetitive processes to be passed down to our support team.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, system upgrades, and technology rollouts
