WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair needs
- Write and manage repair orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
- Upsell recommended services and maintenance
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
