Aldie, Leesburg, and Sterling are the Virginia cities with the most customer service lead openings. Northern Virginia's proximity to Washington D.C. drives volume through large government contractors and financial institutions, Richmond's headquarters for major insurance and retail banking companies sustains steady demand, and Virginia Beach's retail and hospitality sector adds a significant share of openings along the coast.
