We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics:
- Recent automotive Service Advisor experience
- Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)
- Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
- Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer
- Professional, in appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation is a must
Work schedule averages 45+ hours per week - closed on Sundays.
