We're looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Parts Specialist to become an important member of our team. This is a customer-facing position that combines service advising with parts procurement and inventory management. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create repair orders
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily workflow
- Communicate estimates, repair recommendations, and repair status updates
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Order, receive, and manage automotive parts
- Maintain parts inventory and process returns/core credits
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure the right parts are available when needed
- Prepare invoices and assist with closing repair orders
- Keep the service department organized and running efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, Automotive Technician, or in an automotive customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
