Mid Level Service & Sales Representative Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level service & sales representative job?
Position your experience around ownership and results. Highlight accounts you managed independently, revenue you retained or grew, and service issues you resolved without escalation. Tailor your resume to show measurable impact, such as retention rates or upsell outcomes, rather than listing daily tasks. Mid level postings respond best to candidates who demonstrate they can operate with limited supervision from day one.
Which companies hire mid level service & sales representatives?
Companies hiring mid level service & sales representatives right now include ITW, Motion, and Geisinger, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Employers at this level tend to be mid-size to enterprise organizations looking for contributors who can step into active territories or service queues and produce results quickly.
Are there remote mid level service & sales representative jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by industry and role type. About 0% of mid level service & sales representative openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, with phone-based service and inside sales roles making up the largest share of fully remote positions. Field sales and account management roles more commonly require on-site or regional travel.
How do I move up to a mid level service & sales representative role?
The path from entry level to mid level is built on demonstrated ownership. Early-career service and sales professionals grow by taking on larger accounts, resolving complex issues without hand-holding, and hitting consistent performance targets over multiple review cycles. Building product depth, earning customer trust, and showing you can mentor newer team members signals readiness for a mid level title and expanded responsibility.
