- Compare contracts, job photos, and field measurements to ensure order accuracy
- Verify product specifications, sizing, and materials before placing orders
- Submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and field staff regarding orders and service needs
- Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure issues have been resolved
- Assist with collections and customer payments as needed
- Track order status and maintain organized job files
