Job Summary
The warehouse delivery driver will help unload trucks, load and unload trucks with products and other materials, assist in shipping and receiving by following safety guidelines and maintaining an organized workplace. We're looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals who will carry out their work duties with care, attention to detail and organization.
Essential Job Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Conveys materials from deliveries to the warehouse and stores in designated areas as needed.
· Work in the warehouse receiving products, bin locating orders, pulling stock, work at the will call desk assisting customers with their orders.
· Consolidates materials on pallets in proper form, labeling pallets with necessary project information.
· Securely packages or wraps all products to prevent damage while labeling materials for ease of recognition.
· Prepares and creates the necessary shipping document in the system and verifies the job site address with the Project Manager.
· Works with the Supervisor on the timing of all deliveries.
· Drives company vehicles to transport or pick up materials from/to warehouse to/from job sites or vendor facilities as needed.
· Communicates with Supervisor on all issues associated with deliveries and customer interactions.
· Maintains vehicle and equipment regularly.
· General maintenance of the warehouse, keeping it organized and clean, removing garbage and recycling as needed, and disposal of unusable products as directed.
· Assists with consistent inventory management and prep for yearly inventory processes.
· Efficiently and safely load and unload all materials while maintaining professional communication with customers.
· Weekly routes outside the area to Portland to deliver returns and orders and bring back customer orders to Washington state.
· Operates in multiple warehouses depending on the need.
· Supervises and reviews the delivery calendar.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations during potentially stressful moments. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Physical ability to lift 100lbs by yourself.
Ability to use power tools and heavy machinery without issue.
Safely operate all devices required by the position including forklift, and delivery trucks.

Effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks. Sometimes juggling between tasks at the same time
Skills/Competencies
Good Driving Record
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators and copiers
Strong organizational skills
Time management skills/ability to prioritize tasks
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
Must be adaptable and have good memory skills to deal with different customer requirements and deadlines
Ability and character to maintain company confidentiality on many critical documents and communications
Ability to work independently with minimal direction or be part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pleasant and effective interpersonal skills and provide professional customer service when working directly with customers
Must have a valid driver’s license
Dresses appropriately for the day’s activities
