- Manage technical documentation, including work orders and inventory logs, to maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and technical support teams to resolve complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Maintain an organized service vehicle and ensure all tools and parts are ready for efficient daily operations.
- Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and industry standards to protect yourself and the facility environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in trade-related maintenance or facility systems.
- EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex schematics and diagrams.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills
- Formal technical trade school education or equivalent certification.
- Proven proficiency in electrical systems, mechanical power transmission, or hot-side cooking equipment.
- Experience utilizing mobile service applications and digital reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
