- Ensure compliance with infection prevention practices, resident rights, documentation standards, and facility policies.
- Communicate important clinical updates and shift concerns to appropriate leadership.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and quality resident care throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Previous nursing experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead nursing staff, prioritize resident needs, and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, clinical documentation, resident safety, and applicable healthcare regulations.

- Ventilator (vent) unit experience preferred but not required.
Pay: $39.00 - $43.00 per hour
