Social Media Manager
Location: Foolproof Brewing Company
Foolproof Brewing Company is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and showcase everything happening at the brewery. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, promoting events, highlighting our food and beer, and helping bring new and returning guests through our doors.
We're looking for someone who understands current social media trends, enjoys storytelling through photo and video content, and can capture the energy of a busy brewery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create high-quality photo and video content featuring our beer, cocktails, food, events, staff, and guests.
- Film and edit engaging short-form videos and reels.
- Write creative captions and promotional posts that reflect the brewery's brand and voice.
- Promote live music, special events, seasonal releases, and weekly specials.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Stay current on social media trends and identify opportunities to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Attend brewery events to capture real-time content.
Qualifications
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience editing short-form videos using apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creative eye for branding, design, and storytelling.
- Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Knowledge of craft beer is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
