EAM Solutions Architect (Maximo / Hexagon / Ultimo)

Location: Greater Houston, Hybrid Schedule | Salary: $135K–$165K | Up to 50% Travel

About the Role

We’re hiring a senior EAM Solutions Architect to lead solution design and support technical sales (demos, proposals, RFPs) across enterprise asset management platforms. You’ll work closely with sales and delivery teams to win and execute projects across asset-intensive industries.

Must-Have Experience

• 10+ years in EAM / enterprise solution architecture
• Hands-on with IBM Maximo, Hexagon, or Ultimo
• Experience supporting technical sales, demos, proposals, RFP responses
• Industry experience in: Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Utilities, Power, Oil & Gas, Higher Ed, or Government
• Strong background in Oracle, WebSphere, OpenShift
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver EAM solutions aligned to client needs
• Support sales pursuits (demos, proposals, RFPs, solutioning)
• Lead client discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Build relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with delivery teams across full project lifecycle
