Sports Card & TCG Retail Store Associate
Are you passionate about sports cards, Pokémon, TCG, collectibles, and retail customer service? Going Twice is hiring Retail Store Associates for our new Seattle retail store, opening in September.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing collectibles company and be part of a new retail location from the ground up. We are looking for energetic, reliable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping collectors, learning about products, and creating a great in-store experience.
Location
This position will be based at our new Seattle retail store, located at:
510 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104
The Seattle store is expected to open in September.
We are open to hiring candidates who are available to start in September when the Seattle location opens. Candidates who are available earlier may also have the opportunity to begin training now at our Lakewood, WA facility before transitioning to the Seattle store once it opens.

The Role: Sports Card & TCG Retail Store Associate
As a Sports Card & TCG Retail Store Associate, you will help support day-to-day retail operations, assist customers, maintain product displays, process transactions, and create a positive experience for collectors and players.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in collectibles, and wants to grow with a company that is expanding in the sports card and TCG space.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a friendly, helpful retail experience.
Product Knowledge: Learn and communicate key details about sports cards, Pokémon, TCG products, sealed products, singles, supplies, and collectibles.
Sales Support: Help customers find the right products, explain promotions, and support sales goals.
Store Presentation: Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays.
Transactions: Operate the POS system, process purchases, and handle customer transactions accurately.
Inventory Support: Assist with stocking, organizing, pricing, sorting, and restocking products.
Community Engagement: Help create a welcoming environment for collectors, players, and customers of all experience levels.
Accountability: Show up reliably, communicate clearly, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Requirements
Interest in sports cards, Pokémon, TCG, collectibles, or hobby retail.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to reliably commute to the Seattle retail store located at 510 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104 beginning in September.
Candidates available before September may be asked to train at our Lakewood, WA facility prior to transitioning to the Seattle location.
Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to build rapport with customers and create a positive in-store experience.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated.
Energetic, friendly, and team-oriented personality.
Preferred Experience
Prior retail experience.
Experience working in a card shop, game store, collectibles store, or hobby shop.
Knowledge of sports cards, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or other TCG products.
Sales or customer service experience.
Experience with POS systems, inventory, or product organization.
Experience participating in or supporting card shows, tournaments, breaks, or hobby events.
