Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a growing understanding of product offerings and functionalities, actively seeking to learn about more complex features and their applications. Begin to identify common patterns and use cases within the product.
Technical Configuration: Handle low complexity configurations with increasing confidence, and successfully complete medium-complexity configurations with guidance and support from senior team members. Develop proficiency in client configuration using HUB and JSON editing.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve support tickets by applying product, configuration, and documentation knowledge, with assistance from senior team members. Work toward consistently identifying potential root causes, including configuration errors, data problems, or software defects.
Technical Proficiency: Proactively seek guidance and learning opportunities from senior team members to improve tool usage, such as Jenkins, Data Dog, Big Query, and JSON, for client issue resolution.
Customer Interaction and Communication: Develop communication skills in conveying technical information clearly and concisely. Dedicated consultative resource on customer implementations and post-live engagements.
Accountability: Manage assigned workload with minimal supervision, escalating issues and seeking clarification as needed. Take ownership of individual tasks within projects and strive to meet deadlines.
