KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive inbound and process outbound shipments.
- Maintain detailed records of asset status and assignments.
- Prepare equipment for all partners (new hires, transfers, terminations).
- Repair equipment with issues.
- Process, wipe, and provision returned equipment.
- Properly decommission and dispose of nonfunctioning equipment.
- Maintain security and organization of hardware assets.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Demonstrates strong organization skills and written/oral communication.
- Demonstrates strong computer skills.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work well both independently and with others.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology or related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in IT-related fields.
