Responsibilities

TikTok's Content Operations team develops and executes strategies to grow the content ecosystem through ecosystem management, partnerships, and key programs. Working closely with Product and other cross-functional partners, the team aligns priorities and drives high-quality content growth across markets.
Within Content Operations, the Global Operations Strategy & Efficiency team supports scalable execution across North America, APAC, EMEA, and Latin America. The team connects globally distributed capability teams with regional Content Operations, strengthening operational alignment, adoption, feedback loops, and reusable ways of working.

Based in LA, this role will serve as a central operating interface between globally distributed capability teams - including key counterparts - and regional Content Operations teams. The role will translate global strategies and capabilities into region-ready execution, drive cross-regional adoption and measurable outcomes, and close the feedback loop from markets to capability owners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global vertical Product Strategy & Operations, AI-for-Operations, and Data & Analytics teams to understand roadmaps, business intent, target cohorts, launch requirements, and success measures.
• Translate product and operational strategies into region-ready plans, including market applicability, milestones, ownership, enablement materials, risks, and measurement approaches.
• Lead coordinated rollout and regional enablement across North America, APAC, EMEA, and Latin America; equip regional teams with playbooks, training, use cases, and escalation paths while supporting appropriate adaptation.
• Establish structured intake and prioritization for regional feedback, product gaps, operational friction, and content ecosystem needs; synthesize common patterns, assess impact, and drive issues to clear decisions, owners, and closure.
• Identify high-value AI-for-Operations opportunities; partner with AI Product teams on requirements, pilots, user acceptance testing, and iteration; and drive adoption of solutions that improve team productivity, output quality, and process consistency.
• Partner with global and regional Data & Analytics stakeholders to align metric definitions, reporting needs, dashboards, and performance views, turning cross-region data and insights into actions and priorities.
• Track rollout readiness, adoption, execution progress, risks, and outcomes; surface clear insights and recommendations to Global Operations leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Build scalable operating mechanisms and reusable knowledge, including planning templates, launch checklists, business review formats, requirement logs, playbooks, and best-practice libraries.
• Work closely with regional Content Operations leads and teams to support content supply, publishing quality, qualified distribution, product adoption, and watch-time outcomes across priority verticals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, product operations, growth operations, program management, or a related role within technology, internet, content/media, digital platform, or e-commerce businesses.
• Proven experience operating in a central or global role that enables multiple markets or regions, including translating business or product strategy into regional execution and consolidating market feedback into global priorities.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading complex cross-functional and cross-border initiatives from planning through rollout, adoption, and review.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills; able to interpret business data and qualitative feedback, identify patterns and root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, influence without direct authority, and work effectively with Product, Data, Operations, and leadership stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across regions and time zones in a fast-paced global environment.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Experience in a large-scale global internet, technology, content, digital platform, or e-commerce company.
• Experience in content operations or in user, partner, creator, publisher, media, or merchant ecosystem operations.
• Experience partnering with Product and Data teams on launches, adoption programs, requirement prioritization, and closed-loop iteration.
• Experience applying AI tools or automation to operations workflows and evaluating adoption, quality, or efficiency impact.
• Demonstrated success building 0-to-1 operating mechanisms, playbooks, or programs and scaling proven practices across markets.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $258400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

​

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
