Student Advanced Level
The Office of Sponsored Projects is seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working in a large team setting with fast paced diverse duties. This student employee will report to the Business Analyst and work to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of managing account access to OSP’s various systems and sponsor portals, as well as support data management tasks including maintaining and cleaning data. This position will also support the potential transition to a new ERA system. Tasks and duties to be performed 100% in the office may include the following:

Review and clean up data as well as managing access in our software systems and sponsor portals

Assists in development and maintenance of specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of research administration data

Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports

Evaluate and test new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines and best practices

Consults with subject matter experts, technical experts, end users and other stakeholders to gather information about functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, interfaces with other systems, etc

Manage account access to various systems and portals
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
