You'll partner closely with platform owners, engineering teams, and business leaders across the organization to deliver outcomes that matter.

- Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to guide delivery across sprint cycles, release planning, and UAT
- Drive launch readiness including change management, training, and adoption support for Supply Chain end users
- Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and iterate continuously to improve capability effectiveness Identify integration requirements across platforms (ServiceNow
- Oracle, contract systems, etc.) and partner with architects and engineers to define the right solutions
Platform & Domain Strategy
- Build a cohesive platform strategy for Supply Chain that spans multiple systems - ensuring capabilities work together rather than in silos
- Identify opportunities to standardize, consolidate, or automate workflows across procurement, sourcing, and vendor operations
- Stay current on Supply Chain technology trends, platform capabilities (ServiceNow SPM/Procurement, Oracle SCM), and contract lifecycle management best practices
- Represent Supply Chain product needs in cross-functional planning forums and enterprise architecture discussions
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, internal platforms, or business operations technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage products that span multiple platforms or systems of record

- Experience working with or adjacent to Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management domains
- Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear, actionable product requirements
- Proven success influencing without authority across technical teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and experience writing epics, features, and user stories
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SPM, Procurement, or related modules) and/or Oracle SCM
