Duties
- Lead and supervise field crews responsible for boat dock repair.
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage dock systems including monitoring, repair, and ongoing maintenance to promote carefree docks.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment, materials, and team members between job sites.
- Identify issues accurately to ensure proper practices are followed.
