The selected candidate will be a member of the program integration team within Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Skunk Works operating at the Marietta, GA site.As the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of ongoing projects, and proactively address various needs of a large organization and respond to operational issues before they become crises.
This position will work closely with engineering staffing coordinators to ensure staffing needs are appropriately tracked, personnel are properly equipped to be productive on day one of joining the program, and remain equipped to be effective throughout the program life cycle. This includes collaborating with Information Technology (IT) to ensure hardware and software requirements are identified and delivered in a timely fashion. This position will also coordinate with facilities and security for the development and maintenance of program spaces, including escort support.
This position will also support generating program operational status for ADP leadership and assisting with special projects as needed, including process improvements.

- Bachelors degree required to apply
- Experience in program support, project management, facilities, and/or administration
- Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data to manage and improve program processes
- Ability to create and manage project schedules
- Extensive knowledge of VEMO tool
- Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
