Duties
- Coordinate and track international and domestic shipments from origin to final destination
- Prepare, review, and maintain international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and custom forms
- Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, custom brokers, and vendors to ensure smooth and compliant cross-boarder shipments
- Ensure compliance with U.S. export/import regulations, intercoms, and international trade laws
- Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve delays, and communicate updates to internal teams and customers
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and manage transportation logistics across air, ocean, and ground freight
- Coordinate warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment activities to support shipping timelines
- Assist with rate negotiation, cost tracking, and freight invoice auditing
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reports in logistics or ERP systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proven hands-on experience with international shipping
- Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and custom procedures
