- Maintains SharePoint Equipment Tracking Board for each course of equipment procured
- Develops and maintains completion reports for all requesting TDCs and PMs
- Informs the budget account specialist of the completion of all orders in order to facilitate the payment of vendors
- Resolves all discrepancies of equipment received within individual orders
- Compiles descriptive and functional reports of varying subject matter for submission to Procurement Manager
- Monitors vendor performance
- Visits the warehouse contract Program Manager on a weekly basis to provide current information in support of the tracking of training equipment
- Maintains vendor performance record to notate any issues with vendor equipment deliveries
- Develops and maintains living catalog section of commonly used weapons, gear, and parts for ATA users
- Advises Supply System Manager on the status of all equipment lines
- Processes invoices and relays them to Vendor Claims
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
