- Coordinate rescues and route assistance to keep deliveries on track.
- Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance.
- Respond quickly to route issues, customer concerns, vehicle problems, and other emergencies.
- Communicate with station personnel when necessary.
- Track attendance, breaks, and driver status.
- Help ensure all company safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Complete daily operational and performance reports.
- Assist with maintaining a positive and professional team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or delivery experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
