Your Role: The Logistics Champion

As a Logistics Coordinator, you are the master planner and problem-solver who keeps our wheels turning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Daily Route Orchestration: Mastermind the daily schedules for store runs and backhauls, ensuring the most efficient and timely execution.
• Driver & Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact, fostering strong, regular communication with drivers to address concerns and provide guidance, while handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Fleet Monitoring: Utilize our tracking systems to monitor fleet location, proactively troubleshooting any potential delivery issues and implementing swift, effective solutions.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion our commitment to safety by enforcing protocols and ensuring the accurate completion and submission of all essential documentation (invoices, logs, reports, etc.).
• Administrative Support: Process and file driver paperwork from the previous day and fill out appropriate reports. Communicate with equipment vendors and our on-site mechanic regarding maintenance needs.
