The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of plant health with experience in ecommerce logistics/shipping.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate receiving and restocking of plant inventory
- Support material procurement of associated packaging and office supplies
- Daily confirmation and processing + packing ecommerce orders
- Daily tending and caring for plant nursery stock
- Partner with leadership team in innovating packaging materials, formats and solutions
- Develop processes for the above mentioned tasks to further scale role
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of plant/horticulture experience
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail and high bar for quality
- Basic understanding of ecommerce systems and/or willingness to learn (Shopify, Amazon)
- English language proficiency
