Revenue Operations Manager Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a revenue operations manager in Florida?
Revenue operations manager roles in Florida do not require a state-issued license, so the path runs through education and experience. Most Florida employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, followed by several years in sales operations, marketing operations, or business analytics. Building fluency in Salesforce administration and revenue reporting tools is particularly important in Florida's technology and healthcare sectors, where RevOps functions are most active.
Which companies hire revenue operations managers in Florida?
Employers hiring revenue operations managers in Florida right now include KnowBe4, Paul Gough Media, and Pall, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's concentration of technology, financial services, and healthcare companies means demand for this role is spread across several major metros rather than centered in a single city.
Which Florida cities have the most revenue operations manager jobs?
DeLand, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami are the Florida cities with the most revenue operations manager openings, reflecting where the state's technology, healthcare, and financial services industries are most concentrated. Miami's large corporate headquarters and fintech presence, Tampa's growing SaaS and professional services sector, and Orlando's healthcare and hospitality technology employers together account for the majority of in-state postings.
Are there remote revenue operations manager jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields, since revenue operations work is primarily analytical and systems-based rather than tied to a physical location. About 50% of revenue operations manager openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting the desk-based nature of the role. The parts of the job most commonly offered remotely include data analysis, CRM administration, and reporting, while cross-functional leadership meetings sometimes pull teams back in-person.
How can I get hired as a revenue operations manager in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a revenue operations analyst or sales operations coordinator role first, which many Florida technology and healthcare companies post as junior-level positions. Employers such as those headquartered in Tampa's SaaS corridor and Miami's fintech sector regularly hire candidates from adjacent roles in marketing coordination, CRM administration, or business analysis. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification gives candidates a concrete, recognized credential that Florida hiring managers consistently treat as an entry-level qualifier.
Where can I find and apply to revenue operations manager jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to revenue operations manager jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings across industries and experience levels. Find roles that fit your background and apply directly to the ones that match.
