Revenue Operations Manager Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a revenue operations manager in Texas?
The most direct path is a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, followed by experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a business analyst role. Texas places no state-issued license or registration requirement on revenue operations managers. Texas employers, particularly in the Austin and Dallas tech corridors, consistently promote candidates who demonstrate Salesforce administration proficiency, pipeline reporting experience, and cross-functional project ownership into manager-level roles.
Which companies hire revenue operations managers in Texas?
Employers hiring revenue operations managers in Texas right now include Google, Equinix, and HP, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's large concentration of enterprise technology, financial services, and healthcare IT companies means sustained demand for revenue operations talent well beyond a single industry.
Which Texas cities have the most revenue operations manager jobs?
Austin, Dallas, and Houston are the Texas cities with the most revenue operations manager openings. Austin leads because of its dense cluster of SaaS and cloud technology companies, Dallas draws demand from corporate headquarters across financial services and logistics, and Houston adds volume through its large energy, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
Are there remote revenue operations manager jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields. Revenue operations is fundamentally a desk-based, systems-driven role, making it well-suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 35% of revenue operations manager openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting broader tech-sector norms. The most remote-friendly functions within the role are CRM administration, reporting, and process documentation.
How can I get hired as a revenue operations manager in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is landing a sales operations coordinator, marketing operations analyst, or business analyst role and building CRM and reporting skills from there. Large Texas-based technology and enterprise software employers regularly hire associates into rotational or junior RevOps programs before promoting internally. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification strengthens any application significantly. Candidates who can demonstrate dashboard builds, lead-flow process work, or pipeline reporting projects, even from internships, move up the shortlist faster at Texas hiring teams.
Where can I find and apply to revenue operations manager jobs in Texas?
