Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics modernization, and/or supply chain risk management in 1 or more of the following area;
- Supply chain planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, maintenance, sustainment, and readiness
- Industrial Base modernization across manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operations
- Supply chain risk assessments, supplier resilience, critical dependencies, strategic materials, and industrial base risk
- Defense logistics, acquisition, transportation, sourcing, and federal policy implementation
- Policy analysis, governance, executive briefings, decision papers, staffing packages, and stakeholder coordination
- Enterprise data analysis across ERP, maintenance, procurement, and logistics systems
- Project management, workshops, implementation planning, risk tracking, and executive communications
- CATMS, action tracking, reporting, and governance support
Preferred:
- Active secret clearance
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal government clients
- Experience with Industrial Base modernization initiatives
- Experience conducting supply chain risk assessments or supplier resilience analyses

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,000.
