DESCRIPTION
- Guides program or project specific operations to maintain compliance with the Environmental Management System (EMS), Project Environmental Plans, and Lane Requirements.
- Manages a particular project or program within the EMS.
- Assists with developing and implementing procedures in accordance with the EMS.
- Completes permit applications, environmental plans, recordkeeping and reporting as required by environmental regulatory agencies.
- Maintains awareness of any changes to environmental laws and regulations that impact the Project/Area of their assignment.
- Ensures employees are trained on environmental regulations and practices.
- Identifies potential environmental impacts, reduce, control and/or eliminate environmental risks.
- Performs and/or manages environmental inspections.
- May manage environmental personnel.
- May represent Lane on industry association environmental committees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
CERTIFICATIONS
State Level Erosion Control Certification
