- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Professional-level certification in joint operational planning or instructional design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience working in a theater-level training or exercise cell.
