DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a driven, creative, and analytical Sr. Lifecyle Marketing Manager to help scale up this 'start-up' transportation business globally. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and a hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel B2B communication campaigns covering email, web messaging, banners, notifications etc.
In this role, you will create and define the strategy for both proactive and reactive shipper communication to enable businesses across the globe to discover business services within ASCS, communicate the benefits of the services, provide a seamless path forward to sign-up for these services, share key updates and announcements, and drive proactive engagement at different lifecycle stages.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of cross-channel lifecycle strategies that drive conversion, activation, retention, and long-term loyalty. Own the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key moments and touchpoints to deliver timely, relevant, and brand-aligned communications, leveraging deep technical knowledge of data systems, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Pardot/Salesforce).
- Map out and maintain the entire lifecycle marketing roadmap, including email automation and cross-channel journeys, and build associated journey flows.
- Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement multi-channel communication strategies. Monitor performance, surface trends and identify opportunities to increase share of wallet with existing customers.
- Synthesize reporting and insights to make adjustments to audience strategy, cadence and frequency, across email and other owned channels.
- Develop and bar raise rich, high-quality content for email, banners etc. to maximize engagement.
- Create evergreen programs with continuous testing and optimization to iteratively improve reach, scale engagement (open rates, click through rates etc.), drive consideration and adoption across a number of audience segments.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding key test results and the status of major initiatives, providing recommendations on strategic shifts and prioritization.
- Collaborate with the integrated marketing, product marketing, events, and creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy and campaign priorities. Stay tightly aligned with commercial goals and maintain flexibility to respond quickly to changing business needs.
A day in the life
During campaign and content development, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners such as Strategy, Integrated, Performance, Product, Field, Brand, and Segment Marketing POCs, as well as the Sales teams and agencies. You will then leverage internal and third party tools to activate and launch the campaign. Post launch, you will track campaign results and report weekly and monthly performance to key stakeholders. You will highlight performance against goals, identify risks, challenges, and areas of opportunity, as well as campaign optimizations to be implemented based on insights garnered from data.
About the team
Lifecycle marketing is the practice of engaging customers and prospects with targeted, stage-appropriate communications across their entire journey — from initial awareness through acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Rather than one-size-fits-all outreach, lifecycle marketing delivers the right message at the right time based on where a recipient is in their relationship with the product or service. For ASCS, this means nurturing prospects toward conversion, guiding new customers through activation, and re-engaging at-risk accounts — all with the goal of driving measurable commercial outcomes like pipeline conversion, product adoption, and volume growth. We own end-to-end lifecycle communications — from first touch to expansion — across all ASCS business services (Shipping, MCF, BWP, Freight, and Air Cargo) in NA, EU, and International markets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Supply Chain Manager Jobs in Seattle: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a supply chain manager job in Seattle?
The strongest path into supply chain management in Seattle runs through its three dominant hiring sectors: e-commerce and fulfillment, aerospace manufacturing, and retail operations. Roles concentrate in SoDo, the Duwamish Valley, and the Eastside tech corridor around Bellevue and Redmond. Candidates with experience in demand planning, vendor negotiations, or S&OP processes stand out most in this market, as do those familiar with high-velocity distribution environments.
Which companies hire supply chain managers in Seattle?
Employers hiring supply chain managers in Seattle right now include Amazon, Blue Origin, and Nordstrom, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Seattle's hiring base skews toward large enterprise employers in retail, aerospace, and logistics, alongside a growing number of mid-size e-commerce and consumer goods companies with Pacific Rim supply chains.
Are there remote supply chain manager jobs in Seattle?
Yes, but only for certain functions. Hands-on roles tied to warehousing, fulfillment centers, or manufacturing floors are almost always on-site, while demand planning, procurement analytics, and vendor management positions are more remote-compatible. About 38% of supply chain manager openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of August 2026. Strategic and analytics-heavy roles at Eastside tech employers tend to offer the most flexibility.
How can I get a supply chain manager job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Seattle is through operations coordinator or logistics analyst roles at the city's large fulfillment and distribution employers, where internal advancement into supply chain management is common. Seattle-area aerospace primes and their subcontractors also hire associate supply chain planners for candidates with technical degrees. A background in data analysis, ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, or procurement support makes candidates significantly more competitive for these stepping-stone roles.
Which industries hire the most supply chain managers in Seattle?
The sectors hiring the most supply chain managers in Seattle are Technology & Software, Retail, and E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Seattle's position as a major Pacific Rim trade gateway, combined with its concentration of global retailers and aerospace manufacturers, keeps demand for supply chain managers consistently high across these sectors.
