- Process Improvement & System Optimization: Conduct root-cause analysis on fulfillment failures; assist in refining reporting frameworks, standardizing workflow documentation, and testing system updates.
- Invoicing & EOL Product Upgrades: Accurately process commercial invoices in compliance with internal controls; coordinate seamless product upgrades and transitions for end-of-life (EOL) models.
- Hub Schedule Management: Maintain and adjust regional hub schedules and location transfers in enterprise systems to reflect real-time operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in order management, supply chain operations, or demand planning.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with SAP (Order Management / SCM / Inventory modules).
