We are looking for a hands-on technical professional to join our U.S. Operations team and support systems deployed at customer sites across the United States. This is not a traditional IT/help-desk role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving real technical problems and is comfortable working across Linux, Networking, RF, scripting, and hardware troubleshooting.

The role combines remote technical support with hands-on work in our Forsyth Workshop, including troubleshooting, repairing, configuring, testing, disassembling, and reassembling systems.

What you’ll do:

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for systems across the U.S.
• Work with Linux, SSH, logs, services, networking, and system configuration
• Create and modify Bash/Python scripts for troubleshooting and automation
• Troubleshoot RF, network, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Perform hands-on repair, testing, configuration, and system assembly in the office
• Support field technicians during onsite troubleshooting and maintenance
• Visit customer sites when required for troubleshooting, repairs, testing, or system recovery
• Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Integration, and Operations teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Linux skills
• Good networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Understanding of RF systems and basic RF troubleshooting
• Bash/Python scripting experience
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting ability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license – required
• Ability to pass a security background check
• Willingness and ability to work in correctional facilities and correctional environments
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when operationally required
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when onsite support is needed

The position is primarily based in Forsyth, Georgia, with most of the working time expected from the office and a structured, pre-arranged work-from-home option.

Occasional travel to customer sites may be required when remote support is not sufficient.

Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, with nights, weekends, or holidays required occasionally based on operational needs.ve engineering solutions!

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
