Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we support mission systems that have to stay available, responsive, and understood around the clock. In this role, you will help support Watch Desk operations supporting complex production environments where system health, data movement, and rapid incident response directly affect mission execution.
You will work at the center of operations, monitoring systems and applications, identifying abnormal behavior, coordinating troubleshooting, and making sure the right teams are engaged when issues escalate. This is a strong fit for someone who stays calm under pressure, understands how systems behave, and knows how to turn technical information into clear operational decisions.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you broad visibility across the mission environment. You will work with operating systems, applications, data flows, networks, dashboards, alerts, logs, and performance metrics while coordinating with Tier 2, Tier 3, management, and other support teams.

At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work and the people relying on these systems. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong performance gets noticed.
