Entry Level Talent Acquisition Associate Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level talent acquisition associate job?
Focus on demonstrating hands-on exposure to recruiting workflows, even if that means a college internship, a campus recruiting role, or an HR-related student organization. Employers at this level look for familiarity with applicant tracking systems, strong written communication, and genuine curiosity about sourcing and candidate experience. Tailoring your resume to show those specific skills closes the gap that a short work history might otherwise create.
Which companies hire entry level talent acquisition associates?
Companies hiring entry level talent acquisition associates right now include Paycom, Prime Healthcare Services, and Chimes, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a wide range of organizations, from large enterprises building out dedicated recruiting teams to fast-growing mid-size companies where entry level coordinators take on broad sourcing and scheduling responsibilities early.
Are there remote entry level talent acquisition associate jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and role type. About 46% of entry level talent acquisition associate openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, making this one of the more flexible career starts in HR. Many fully remote postings still expect candidates to work in the employer's primary time zone, so confirm scheduling expectations before applying.
Are these new grad talent acquisition associate jobs?
Yes, this page includes new grad, recent graduate, and junior talent acquisition associate roles alongside other entry level postings. A new grad-friendly posting typically welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or campus recruiting work in place of full-time history, and may consider a strong portfolio or project work as a substitute for a lengthy resume. Look for language like "entry level," "0-2 years," or "recent graduates encouraged" in the job description.
Which industries hire the most entry level talent acquisition associates?
Entry Level talent acquisition associate roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Construction & Real Estate, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to run high-volume hiring cycles and structured onboarding programs, which creates consistent demand for entry level recruiting support year-round.
