Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, mentoring, and managing a team of real estate agents. This role requires a proven leader with strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping agents succeed. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, support business growth, and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and training workshops.
• Monitor agent performance metrics and establish action plans for improvement.
• Support agents with lead conversion, negotiations, and transaction management.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
• Identify business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies.
• Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License (Preferred).
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
