WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB
- The primary purpose of this role is to lead the planning and analytics needs for Corporate and Agency teams within the Global Sales Organization.
- The key functions of this role include developing frameworks and processes to drive efficiency and indirect channel revenue performance in partnership with internal Sales stakeholders and across the commercial organization. Responsibilities will span the lifecycle of planning initiatives, from conception to implementation to evaluation.
- The role is a member of the Sales Operations team within Global Sales.

- Leads communications directly with business units to understand their business problems and reporting needs.
- Leads the development of creative proof-of-concept solutions that can be easily articulated to the sales and broader commercial organizations.
- Leads the development of Sales data solutions, reporting and analytics data models using SQL, Advanced Excel and PowerBI.
- Maintains reliability and scalability of solutions through the implementation of standards, best practices, and advanced technologies.
- Leads the creation and maintenance of documentation, reporting and analyses related to initiatives and budgets.
- Proactively evaluates performance to highlight opportunities for improvement through strategic recommendations.
- Leads ad-hoc analysis and other program administration as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or MIS with a focus on business technology or data analytics.
- 3 years experience in an Airline or Travel Related Industry.
- 1 year experience in a Leadership position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA and 5 years of experience in an airline function.
SKILLS, LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
- Technical skills including Microsoft SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong executive and cross functional communication.
