INTRODUCTION
Business Management Technology is responsible for implementing Salesforce for Millennium, including the Business Development and Business Management functions. These functions focus on the recruitment and support of our Portfolio Managers. We are looking to grow the capabilities of Salesforce, using Apex, Lightning, AppExchange tools, and integrations with other internal systems. This role requires an individual who is strong technically while at the same time possess a credible level of functional depth in Salesforce. This individual will need to manage relationships with senior business stakeholders.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on development supporting the Business Management departments.
- Develop and operate a recruiting platform for portfolio managers.
- Participate in the design of various functions for Salesforce CRM solution.
- Operate and further develop existing CRM and existing supporting products and applications.
- Develop interfaces between CRM software and other systems internal and external to Millennium (e.g. Accounting, Human resources).
- Lead the environment strategy as well as deployment strategy for the CRM solution.
- Should be able to do bolt-on builds to Salesforce CRM solution using AppExchange products.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Evaluate new technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improving existing solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce sales cloud development/support
- 4-7 years software development experience
- 3+ years of C#/.NET with proficiency in a web framework such as ASP.NET MVC.
- 2+ years of WebUI/JavaScript/HTML/CSS with proficiency in at least one web framework such as Angular, React/Redux, or Ember.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Feedback Management, Salesforce Digital Experiences (Communities) and best practices
- Drive AI Innovation: Proactively research, propose, and prototype AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes, customer experience, or operational efficiency within Salesforce.
- Track record of proposing or leading AI initiatives that resulted in measurable business impact.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful services.
- Experience building integration with third-party systems to a Salesforce CRM
- Able to lead the Salesforce deployments
- Design, customize and manage security entitlements for Salesforce sales cloud
- Development experience in Microsoft SQL server, building complex SQL and stored procedures.
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop positive relationships with business partners.
- Highly analytical with good problem solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Integration experience with real time messaging platforms like Kafka
- Experience working with front office business data and processes.
- Exposure to Agent force
COMPENSATION
The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
