Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct empathetic zoom/phone/email intakes to assess needs and guide prospects toward our family law services.
- Use empathetic, client-centered sales techniques to convert evaluations into retained cases while maintaining strict adherence to our firm's core value of being a client first oriented firm and Texas standards for ethics.
- Track interactions in our CRM and hand off qualified leads to attorneys for seamless teamwork.
- Hit targets focused on conversion rates (think: turning case evals into signed clients) while prioritizing client satisfaction.
