This is an onsite call center position where you'll speak with business owners across the United States and Canada by phone. Unlike traditional sales roles where accounts are immediately handed off after the sale, you'll continue working with many of your own clients throughout their relationship with the company.
Your primary responsibilities are closing new business, maintaining client relationships, and retaining clients who are considering canceling. While you'll remain the primary sales contact for your accounts, our dedicated Customer Service team handles routine service questions and support requests, allowing you to focus on sales, account growth, and client retention.

What You'll Do
- Make and receive calls with business owners throughout the United States and Canada
- Present our online marketing services and close new business
- Build long-term relationships with clients after the sale
- Serve as the primary sales contact for your assigned accounts
- Handle cancellation requests and work to retain existing clients
- Identify client concerns, overcome objections, and present solutions that reinforce the value of our services
- Recommend additional products or services when appropriate
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure clients receive timely assistance with routine service needs
- Accurately document all client interactions within our CRM
- Meet individual sales and retention performance goals

- Experience in B2B sales, account management, customer retention, or call center sales preferred
